Capability and Potential Assessment
(CAPA-I) yields a unique contribution
to the design and operation of a
productive succession planning system.
CAPA-I assesses the candidate’s
current level of capability and - most
important - the predictable growth.
CAPA-I answers the question:
”How big a job will the candidate be
capable to cope succesfully with e.g.
five or ten years from now?”
